Click “register” at the top right corner to create an account on ArtCall. Fill in all specified information including your first and last name, email, and password. Once you have registered, click “login” to submit entries to our call.
Log in to your account and you will see a button that says “add new application.” Click to add. (Remember: you will only need to fill out one application.)
You will see several blank fields that say “category, sub-category, and title.” Using the drop-down menu for “category” and “sub-category”, choose the categories that best describe your artwork. In the field that says “title”, please put your first name, last name, and AIP2019.
Below the blank fields, you will see a box where you can add images of your artwork. Please add at least 2 images of your booth and at least 3 images of original artwork to your application. Images must be no larger than 1920 px. You may add a maximum of 6 images.
Once you have filled in all information and added images of your artwork, click “submit.” You will be asked to submit payment before your application can be reviewed. Keep in mind: you will have the ability to edit your application after submission until the final deadline listed at the top of the page.
Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed by the members of the Freeport Art in the Park committee. You will receive an email after final decisions have been made.

Early-Bird Entry: February 1st - June 30th, 2019
Late Entry: July 1st - August 13th, 2019
Media must fit into one of the following categories: Painting, Drawing, Photography, Printmaking, Woodworking, Ceramics, Glass, Sculpture, and Jewelry. **Wearable textiles (clothing, hats, scarves, etc.) items will NOT be eligible for 2019. Fine Art fiber pieces that are framed or displayed as wall hangings may be submitted.
All artists must be ages 18 or older.
All artists must exhibit work of original design, concept, and execution.Reproductions and prints must be labelled as such and should not cover more than 25% of the entire display space.
Artists must supply their own booth canopy and display setup. Each exhibiting booth space will be approximately 10 ft. wide by 15 ft. deep. (Fixed elements in the park such as trees may restrict the size of certain spaces.) Artists are entirely responsible for setting up and tearing down their booths. The Freeport Park District and Freeport Art Museum will only supply volunteers to assist artists in special circumstances i.e. disabilities, injuries, and/or age related issues. Artists are allowed and encouraged to bring extra help from friends and/or family members.
Artists should be present with their display, between 10 am and 5 pm, with the exception of breaks.
Artists are fully responsible for the care, safety, and security of their own property. The Freeport Park District and the Freeport Art Museum will not be liable for loss or damage to artwork or other property from any cause.
Only a single artist may apply for a booth. Artists will not be allowed to share a booth space unless submitting an application as an established art guild or art organization. (see qualifications below)
Art guilds and art organizations that have been established for at least 2 years are also welcome to apply as a group booth. Groups should submit the application with an Art Call account for the group. (Applications that are submitted under an individual's account for the group will appear as the individual's application and NOT the group's application, so be sure to set up an Art Call account for the group).
Entries that are not accepted will receive a refund minus the $10 jury fee.
Applications received before June 30th will be notified of their acceptance status between July 1st and 31st.
Applications received after July 1st will be notified of their acceptance by August 25th.
